We offer an 18 month rotational programme designed to develop new and existing skills whilst giving you a broad overview of the RBC Dexia business as a whole. Two to three rotations will allow you to develop an in-depth knowledge of each placement area.

The depth of knowledge you will gain will provide you with real competitive advantage in the industry and the ability to add value to the business.

Your exposure to different business areas will enable you to build a strong network of contacts and be integral to the efficient delivery of key projects and tasks. This experience will provide you with valuable tools and experience to assist you during and after your programme.

Several Rotations

Your rotations will cover several different disciplines to allow you to experience the business from all perspectives to include the client facing, operational and support functions. You will be rotated on an individual basis, rather than as a group to ensure your individual objectives are achieved as well as maximising your key skills.

Your rotations will be determined by your demonstrated skills and business needs.

Your role in the business following your placement will be determined by your performance and skills during your rotations.
